Opened in 2023, our school is a place where you come to dance, improve, and above all enjoy a great time together. At the moment we offer two group classes, with a strong focus on Cuban salsa.
Cuban salsa is a lively, joyful dance that comes from Cuba and is closely connected to the music and the energy of the group. In class we work on rhythm, technique, connection and style—and of course on rueda de casino: dancing in a circle, switching partners and following called moves. It’s dynamic, social, and honestly where we have some of the best laughs.
Since last year, we’ve also started taking part in a few performance days: we prepared a rueda and a bachata (we’ll add photos to the gallery). And during the year, we sometimes organise nights out together to go dancing and put into practice what we’ve learned. The overall vibe is always upbeat and friendly—especially when we’re doing rueda!
We are Gianluca and Cristina. We met through dancing almost 18 years ago, and dance has been part of our story ever since. What we love most is sharing this passion—with each other and with others—by creating a welcoming, upbeat atmosphere where people can enjoy learning together.
Gianluca grew up in the world of salsa: his parents were salsa teachers and ran their own school for 30 years, so he has been surrounded by this environment since childhood. He also practised breakdance, which brought him energy, creativity and a strong sense of rhythm—qualities he brings into the way he dances and teaches.
Cristina has always been passionate about dance in all its forms. She trained in modern and contemporary dance for 20 years, developing a strong focus on movement, style and expression, which she now brings into salsa and bachata as well.
